Very helpful and easy to work with

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to use for my guys in the field, and that even when they are in the middle of no where with no service, they can still clock in and out accurately. I LOVE the out of bounds alerts, that helps me determine if my guys are not clocking in or out at the job. What do you dislike? The only dislike I have is that sometimes the guys have been complaining that they know for a fact that they clocked out and yet Clock Shark did not clock them out. ...

We love Clockshark to manage all of our mobile employees!

What do you like best? Clockshark helps us not only communicate scheduling but also event details for catering. We are a mobile business and don't always get face time with our staff. We are able to notify and communicate with employees everything they need to know for a successful shift. What do you dislike? Awesome simple software

What do you like best? The simplicity of the app for our technicians. The various reports that can be ran are amazing. Clockshark provided the tools for a company to effectively manager their employees time and schedule. What do you dislike? There are no down sides! Good But...

What do you like best? You can clock in or clock out from any device. It's a very mobile time tracking application. Great for employees who work outside of the office. No more waiting in line to clock in or out. . What do you dislike? The GPS can be an issue on this app. It has a tendency to clock you out in the middle of the work day without a warning. What do you like best? It's pretty easy to figure out, convenient for keeping track of employees and their times. What do you dislike? Some of them don't like the idea of having the app on their personal phones, so we just got them new phones. Also seems easy to forget to clock in and out. What do you like best? Quick and helpful info, simple and easy to learn, many features What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the GPS location system. I can check where my techs are in the field easily from my phone or desk. What do you dislike? There isn't a robust search feature for finding past job info.. such as when a person was on a job.. I have to comb the calendar for that info. Have had some glitches with the map routing function. Clock Shark has changed my life!

What do you like best? I love being able to see who is working on whatever project (client and where we are spending most of our time. It's so easy to use and even has a great app for my phone. What do you dislike? If I HAVE to say something I dislike, it would be that I can only enter employees pay rates and not billable rates. What do you like best? Using the mobile app is easy and convenient. Editing employee time cards is simple and straightforward.
