It's not worth the struggle.
Honestly, Clipchamp sucks.I have limited access in way of creating and editing videos (which I do on a weekly, nearly daily basis).I mainly use Openshot (a portable app) and absolutely love it for what it is, but for a specific video I needed something with more theatrics.Bouncing between Canva, Openshot, and a little bit of Audacity, I decided to try Clipchamp to see what kind of options it had.Honestly, its the worst.Every time I edit or move something around, I have to wait a long time ...

clipchamp is really good when it comes…
clipchamp is really good when it comes to making videos, its easy and fast. i have used it on most of my uploads. i really recommend clipchamp to whoever needs a program that is free to make/edit videos.

I LOVE using this website. Even without premium you can do sooo much honestly Get IT! Its good for youtube and instagram. I was just playing around and in like 20 min. honest to god guys..this app is…
honest to god guys..this app is superrrr easy to use..seriously! ive been using this for many of video assignments (Of course just a simple video)..But among the things that clipchamp lack is filter and effect..I just hope they will be like simple effect where i can add things like arrow or circle in my video..Overall..it was indeed a useful app

Impressed!
I wanted to show students an online video editing program that they could use without downloading an app. This worked really well for a short video clip. I am guessing the installed app would work even better. Rendering a minute of video took less than 10 minutes. Uploading now to Youtube. My internet isn't terrific, so I suppose this can be much faster.
