What do you like best about Clio? Clio is easy to use. It's cloud-based. The customer support is by far the best I've found. What do you dislike about Clio? What do you like best about Clio? Clio is VERY user friendly, and if you have any issues, the customer support team is right there to help you. What do you dislike about Clio? Not much to dislike, if anything. Only thing that could be easier would be the custom bill theme, making it more direct in what part of the bill a specific heading is talking about. "Clio has improved a lot of things for our practice"
What do you like best about Clio? The time tracking is great. The timers work well and it's very easy to track multiple matters. I've saved several hours each month from not having to enter time separately from written records and I don't think I'm losing as much. The ability to link contacts to different matters is also helpful, and the client portal is great. What do you dislike about Clio? What do you like best about Clio? The ability to send quick bills to client that just signed up What do you dislike about Clio? No e-signatures. Wish there was a better way to deal with hourly retainers paid up front What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Back office. I need less staff. Clients are updated more often.
