What do you like best about Clio? It's in the cloud! No matter where we are, if we have cell service or internet we have our files at our fingertips. It has enabled us to practice anywhere in the state. What do you dislike about Clio? Changing pre-populated forms can be time consuming. I would like to see the intake portion more customizable, some files all I need is a name, contact info and type of file. The training webinars often go too fast and don't give me a chance to practice what I've learned before it goes on to other info. The document automation is an example. What do you like best about Clio? I love all the features but as a manager I love the task feature. I can assign tasks, associate it with a matter to make billing easy, notify the person by email that they have a new task and get notified as soon as the task is complete. I also do weekly task reports so I can monitor if people are not completing task and if it is a workload issue (too many tasks on the task list) or a time management issues (just having issues completing the tasks). What do you like best about Clio? It is a good time keeper, while there is room for improvement, the calendar is a good way to match dates with clients. Also I like that they have templates that your can use to do documents. What do you dislike about Clio? I dont like that it doesnt support criminal cases as much as it can.
