"Clio has every feature I was looking for"

What do you like best? I like that all of my invoices look every professional. I like that it helps me keep all of my information extremely organized. What do you dislike? Sometimes things are not as organized a I would like them to be. They are not set up how I "would" have set them up. I wish there was a case timeline that included calendar events, etc. so you could quickly look and say okay we went to court on Monday and this filing was submitted 3 weeks later, etc. - like an actual ...

"Great for the Small Firm!"

What do you like best about Clio? LOVE the redesign! They made it easier to access and use! What do you dislike about Clio? Most of the issues I had were resolved in the latest version. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? It's great for solving the systems issues for the small law firm.

"Great for Making a Small Firm Feel Well Organized"

What do you like best about Clio? Clio is relatively easy to use and allows small firms to stay up on billing clients, keeping track of client information, etc. Clio has allowed us to have a single service to keep track of our clients and cases. What do you dislike about Clio? I wish there was a bit more of an opportunity for customization, such as marking a phone number as the individual who the contract is under when that is not the direct client, etc., and I would like to see more ...

"Get time back in your firm "

What do you like best about Clio? I love Clio! It has allowed us to take our firm paperless, allows us to work from anywhere, and also allowed us to streamline many of our processes. With the addition of Lexicata and LawPay - we have a smooth running machine! What do you dislike about Clio? "Intuitive case management software"

What do you like best about Clio? Recording time and billing clients is simple. What do you dislike about Clio? Sometimes you have to click on several different tabs to get to a single piece of information. Bills should be able to sort by last payment date. When you type a date, you have to type mm/dd/yyyy - it will not fill in the missing information for you. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best? The software is incredibly intuitive. It does not take long to understand how to use it. What do you dislike? I dislike the visibility of peer time/work entries.
