"Great support staff, but would like more customization with running reports."

What do you like best? The 24/7 online tech support has been very beneficial for our firm and making the change to a new program. It's very simple to add time and expenses and very easy to set up a new client. I like that it's web-based and can be accessed with a cell phone. What do you dislike? Billing and reports. "Excellent client/billing management software"

What do you like best about Clio? The software is very easy to approach and natural to use. It lets you simply and rapidly manage your client list, specific matters and billing. What do you dislike about Clio? The monthly cost is a little steep, but the pros greatly outweigh the cons. "So user friendly! Love the access and layout! "

What do you like best about Clio? Clio's user interface is very friendly and easy to access in the office and on the go! It really helps with productivity and management. What do you dislike about Clio? I have yet to find a fault! It's surprisingly easy to use! What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy for tracking revenue and correcting estimating my costs.

"Great Customer Service - EVERY Time!"

What do you like best about Clio? I appreciate the great customer service when I call that is courteous, knowledgeable and patient. What do you dislike about Clio? I have had no difficulties. Only wished that I could do a statement of accounts for a particular matter. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Applying payments from clients to outstanding invoices and being able to give account details to clients when requested.

What do you like best? I like the customer service center because every time I have called I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my issues to be resolved. The representatives are very knowledgeable of the program. Also, our invoices are very easy to read for our customers. What do you dislike?
