"Bring back the old Clio!"

What do you like best about Clio? I like the custom reports and the task management tab. What do you dislike about Clio? Calendar doesn’t sync with google calendar anymore. Recommendations to others considering Clio: Clio is a decent product with a few glitches that may or may not affect you. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? I use the expense tab daily to keep an organized ledger of case costs.

What do you like best about Clio? Very easy to use and convenient for maintaining client information. What do you dislike about Clio? The app is not as easy to use as the desktop version. "Greater focus on clients "

What do you like best about Clio? Removes the administration side of the business, which allows us to improve client experience. This has really improved our service. What do you dislike about Clio? No batch entry option for payments is one of a few minor issues. Nothing of note though. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? It really is the place to go for all of our small business billing needs.

What do you like best about Clio? I like that rather than having to keep track of 6 minute intervals on paper I can just start a timer in Clio and go. It also allows us to track tasks, expenses and bill quickly. We are Mac users so it has always worked well for our firm. Their customer service has been personable and helpful. What do you like best about Clio? The 24/7 online tech support has been very beneficial for our firm and making the change to a new program. It's very simple to add time and expenses and very easy to set up a new client. I like that it's web-based and can be accessed with a cell phone. What do you dislike about Clio? Billing and reports.
