What do you like best about Clio? I love Clio because it is extremely easy to enter contact information, update matters, and create expenses. What do you like best about Clio? Able to create contacts and matters so easily allowing me to take care of most things while client still in office. What do you dislike about Clio? The sync with my G-Mail account as taken all of my contacts and now have too many contacts in Clio that are not clients or even potential clients. When I implemented Clio over 3 years ago, I would call Clio Help several times a month to address issues dealing mostly with trust accounting and billing. What do you like best about Clio? I like how simple the product is to user; it’s very user-friendly. What do you dislike about Clio? The only thing I dislike is how the clients name appears when you’re inputting time. Sometimes it’s hard to see which client you’re billing to.
