"Overall a great legal case management system "

What do you like best about Clio? I like the template system best. Allows us to easily generate contracts. What do you dislike about Clio? Billing system is very cumbersome, and the document preview window is small and doesn't allow you to print without downloading. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Importing client information into Prima Facie.

What do you like best about Clio? I love that I can ‘chat’ with someone when I need help! It is very user friendly and someone is always there to help if you get stuck. What do you dislike about Clio? There are not many things I would change about Clio, but there are a few. I would add an option for a specific time when adding a note to a matter. We do not bill by the hour, but sometimes we would like to add times to our notes. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting ...

What do you like best about Clio? The customer service chat is super helpful What do you dislike about Clio? I wish more items were able to be edited from the main screen What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeps all of our client information neat and organized

What do you like best about Clio? I love that you can easily track trust account balances. It’s easy to send invoices and receive payments. What do you dislike about Clio? The reporting could be better. In the bookkeeping role, I would love to easily pull a trust account balance report by any given date (ex: month end) andnhave it broken down by client and matter. What do you like best about Clio? Able to keep everything in one concise place. What do you dislike about Clio? At this point I have no complaints to share What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Billing and Collecting

What do you like best about Clio? you can log how many hours you have worked on an individual case and forward emails to clio. What do you dislike about Clio? The email link to each individual case is too similar, and so, when they save to my list of autocorrect emails, I have to go back onto clio to find out which one is correct rather then know straight away.
