If you are looking to use integration CRM tools like the previously titled Lexicata (now Clio Grow) or virtual receptionist like LexReception, and the list goes on and on, then Clio is perfect for integration tools as it works seamlessly with several platforms. What do you like best about Clio? Many of the updated features make it so much easier to track the cases, and locate important dates and deadlines. What do you dislike about Clio? Sometimes the calendar can be a little frustrating. When I click on a certain date to enter information, the calendaring feature defaults to the beginning of the week, instead of the actual date I want to use. My practice has never been the same since we started working with Clio.

PROS: One of the things that I like about this app is the user interface. Everything that I need can be found on the dashboards right after logging into the application. It also gives me a heads up on our running metrics so my staff can I can work on improving our performance and exceeding our goals. CONS: There are some things that I need Clio could not provide. I would not like to go into specifics, but I already brought up this issue with their support team. What’s good is that they ...
