What do you like best about Clio? Dependability, it is a stable platform and they typically listen to what we need. What do you dislike about Clio? The add on's are terribile. They don't do the add-ons as well as either companies they bought or changed the add-ons from. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Clio? It provides a centralized way for our firm to operate. What do you dislike about Clio? Pricing is okay but it should be better. Or at least provide lesser/more affordable rate for support staff instead of having same rate as attorneys or principals. "All In One Place"

What do you like best about Clio? I like the fact that all the items I use on a file are in the same place. That includes notes, billing, activities, expenses and correspondence. What do you dislike about Clio? Some of the report exports have limited format options. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Previously all of these items were done through different programs. Now all the Case Management work is in one spot. Can be shared and compliant with regulations.

What do you like best about Clio? I very much so enjoy Clio and its frequent updates and additional features. What do you dislike about Clio? Their calendar function/UI needs to be upgraded and improved. The look of Clio also feels dated. The home screen is so bland. App integrations are cool, but not when most are a paid service. What do you like best about Clio? It keeps me organized and able to work on the go. I can answer clients questions about their matters almost immediately, which translates as better customer service. What do you dislike about Clio? Sometimes the e-signing for documents can get very difficult to navigate if there are more than one signor and someone doesnt sign correctly, or wants to use a different email. What do you like best about Clio? Absolutely solid calendering and great storage for case documents and notes. What do you dislike about Clio? I have to use other software program for filling out immigration forms, would be amazing if Clio also offered within it's system. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Been a game changer in collecting money, for years we had to manually process each payment and would often work cases without realizing payments haven't been made.
