Excellent firm management and client intake platforms

We have had an excellent experience with Clio since starting our firm more than five years ago. They continually work on refining the platforms to help increase functionality for firms like ours. We use both the Clio Manage (for active case management) and Clio Grow (for client intake and case evaluation) platforms, and they have become integral to our firm's workflow.

Meeting the Needs of Lawyers!

Clio does a great job of meeting the needs of lawyers! I’ve been using Clio for over 10 years. One of my favorite things about Clio is their responsiveness. If you suggest a functionality that they don’t have, there’s a good chance that if others share the same request, you’ll see it appear over the following months or years. Many, many years of excellent customer service and receptiveness to client input on enhancements

Our law firm has used Clio for many years now. From the beginning, we have found their customer service to be excellent. They are also very open to client input on enhancing features of their software and I often reach out to make suggestions. The software itself is very user friendly and we love the mobile app, which enables our attorneys to dictate notes right into the client's matter, following hearings. I can't say enough about how much time Clio saves me in any given day!

What do you like best about Clio? We use Clio Grow to manage and pipeline all of the contacts and potential new clients that send us cases for consideration. "Easy to use and user friendly"

What do you like best about Clio? It's super easy to navigate through and the chat feature for help is super great! What do you dislike about Clio? I don't like that you can't edit trust requests.
