Everything within Clio is easy to use. Their customer support team is stellar. I enjoy the free events with training on Clio and trends. The reporting feature is exactly what I need along with the customization in generating what I need.

Able to input and store detailed data on our cases and clients using the robust custom fields, and to generate documents fast.
