What do you like best about ClientSuccess? ClientSuccess is not only a great program but the support from their team is outstanding. Their CSMs work hard to make sure you have the resources needed to utilize ClientSuccess... successfully (the name really gives it away).

"Great CS oriented CRM"

What do you like best about ClientSuccess? Overall I like that ClientSuccess is a CS-oriented CRM that captures a lot of the essence of what CSMs need to track in their day-to-day activities. The mark of a good CRM is enabling users to maintain momentum while not having to get bogged down in the administrative side of things. Overall they do a great job on Pulses and Risk tracking. The entire platform is very intuitive and makes searching for the information you need a breeze.
