Great for organizing and scaling client workflows
What do you like best? As our team scales and we do bigger more complicated business with customers, ClientSuccess has really helped us to think through our process and make it replicable. I don't worry so much about 'dropping the ball' even when handling a lot of accounts at once. Most valuable and intuitive CS tool I've used
What do you like best? GREAT design. Seriously though, of all the CS tools out there, Client Success was designed to be beautiful and simple to use. In the era of the consumerization of enterprise software, I'm surprised more B2B tools are still so cumbersome to use and lack great UI and design. New CS solution that is simple to use and powerful

What do you like best? From first glance, it's visually appealing and easy to use. From there, the features help me and my team track and organize our activities related to our customers. On the right path but got a ways to go
What do you like best? The UI is the best part of the software. It is super easy to use and easy to track engagements. What do you dislike? There is no messaging feature, to-do's are cluttered and hard to manage, and the parent child relationship for accounts is a mess. The API is very weak and not able to handle a lot of customers. What do you like best? I like how I can get an overview or all my clients, and also have a handle on where they are in our CS cycle. What do you dislike?
