I signed up for a free account with Clientjoy and had a question about the customer activities tab. The chat feature they have asked me to leave my email and message and someone would get back to me within 30 minutes. Now normally, if I can't get someone live at that moment, I don't bother because I usually never get a response. But to my surprise, Tanmay responded with minutes. So far I'm really impressed with Clientjoy. It seems they've really thought this through for use by those with an agency business model. I'm a professional speaker and pretty much everything about CJ well supports the kind of tasks and engagement I need to cover with my customers. What do you like best about Clientjoy? Onboarding is very easy and everything is highly intuitive. A branded portal even for clients is just amazing. You can add custom fields which is a huge plus. Support is fantastic and helps you every step of the way.
