What do you like best? It is not the prettiest system however it functions awesome! It works as needed and gets our job done What do you dislike? It could look a little nicer however function for us trumps visual What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Clientbase keeps us organized and allows our agents to collaborate where it was harder before.
