What do you like best? The layout is very clear. ClickUp is straightforward and easy to use; also by people who don't have experience in project management. It is not overloaded with very specific functions that will only be available in some particular cases. This was a gamechanger --- other PM tools either bombard you (or your client with notifications while others don't send notifications at all. What do you like best? What most makes me happy with Clickup is customer service. At first I had some problems with the use of the system and I always went promptly by the team, even on weekends. Whenever I asked for improvements, I was also served quickly. I also like the constant system updates. What do you dislike? What do you like best? ClickUp is easy to use even for non-techy people. Projects created in ClickUp will be well organized. The UI is clean, simple and visual.
