Use it for everything
What do you like best? I like that I can use ClickUp for many different jobs. I have a training space, a business development space and I have a projects space. Each space contained folders with all the info I need for that space and fro the projects and tasks related to the space. The team is incredible at adding new features on a weekly basis. What do you dislike? The lack of notes at the space level and at project level. Notes would be useful as they would stick during a project ...

A great alternative to any PM tool you've worked with in the past
What do you like best? I like the different views you have on the same project. You can go from the timeline view (Gantt is available on the paid plans to the board and list thus making it easy to onboard any colleagues used with any one of the systems. You can set up any type of custom workflow you have and change it just as well. Many other things improve the experience working in Clickup but the best part they're actively building a features roadmap based on user feedback. What do you ...

The New and Rising Star in Project and Task Management
What do you like best? The best thing about ClickUp is its feature rich suite of functions and apps. So far, whatever I have needed to organize and set up for a project or personal task list, ClickUp has risen to the challenge. Its flexibility has been a welcome feature, as my work is not in any typical industry that uses project management and I have had to adapt my workflow to the functionality of other apps. With ClickUp, I feel like it has responded to my demands instead of the other ...

The Best Productivity App I've Used!
What do you like best? It's simple but power and very intuitive to use. What do you dislike? I would love to have a quoting element or app available. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've streamlined our operations and realised more efficiency in the team.

Very useful even on the free tier
What do you like best? We are using ClickUp coming from Asana and so far it has been very useful. The e-mail notifications are useful and not annoying, being a good way to keep track of projects. The interface is pretty straightforward, it seems like an evolution from Asana/Trello. What do you dislike? Sometimes the interface gots a little bit wonky, but nothing that deeply affects general use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Great tool for team collaboration and tasks management
What do you like best? Click up is highly customisable, which allows me to adjust the view according to my team needs. The interface is very contextual and intuitive. Despite the high complexity of the tool and the variety of options it gives, it is easy to use from the very first time. I like the ability to filter, the micro interactions, the tone of voice and it is clear that the product designers of this tool were thinking out of the box when creating it. What do you dislike? Some ...

Even when it's free
What do you like best? The best features are also free. So for a starting team as ours it helps a lot. We intend to get the pro features soon. Our daily routines are getting much more simple and our communication improved a lot. Our team is distributed in two countries and Click up is ready for this scenario. Reporting features in free plan are very limited. So I don't have an opinion about this topic. Still, Click Up made our tasks, necessities and improvements clear and it helped us ...

Powerful and easier to use than similar software.
What do you like best? Multiple views, robust assignment system, markdown support, checklist, time tracking and notification system. What do you dislike? - No localization - Some tasks/projects are hard to find if you or nobody is assigned to it, making it hard to re-open some projects/tasks. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to manage multiple projects with different team members. Is easier to track what you have ...

Versatile and robust tool to manage contracting projects
What do you like best? The ability to customize your statuses and tags makes this app well worth using. With other apps we've tried, there was only one way to organize projects in a way that met our project management needs, and yet there were always flaws that made them less than desirable. With ClickUp, there are multiple ways for us to organize projects and labels, so we have the luxury of choosing which way best meets our needs as a contractor. What do you dislike? Nothing. This ...
