Such a robust project management tool — for free!
What do you like best? I love ClickUp! I did a TON of research on different project management platforms and tried them all out. ClickUp was by far the best. I then had to convince my team to switch over from our previous tool and they all love ClickUp. Even my team member who thought Trello was the best system has been convinced. It's a really nice tool and has helped my team to be more efficient and organized with all the various projects we have. What do you dislike? My company used ...

Painless tool I ever use
What do you like best? Simplicity and intuitivity are the more striking aspects of ClickUp, me and my team where able to use it from the start. No false sophistication is what I like the most in this tool, I guess it reflect the personnality of it's developper(s What do you dislike? It wasn't there long time ago ! and would like to be able to hide/show project for some of my team What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Track ...

Features that match all needs
What do you like best? I cannot name a single feature that I like best as all works together in a very user-friendly manner. I'm using List view though combined with Time for all projects. What do you dislike? I would like links in tasks and comments to be displayed in a simple way - just as links. Also when writing comment and I hit Enter, the comment gets published. Instead there should be a button to do that. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Incredibly Useful Task Management
What do you like best? ClickUp offers a really rounded product that addresses many if not all of the tiny little things that are missing from almost all of the alternatives. Whilst these are "little things" they make a huge difference to how well an individual or organisation can actually work on a day to day basis. The service is also fully useable as a FREE version, and this is far superior to any other free tool that I've ever used. What do you dislike? The random pricing, ...

Easiness of Trello with the power of Jira
What do you like best? The structure and layout. Within the spaces, projects, lists and tasks+subtasks, there's nothing to add or to take to make it better. What do you dislike? I just have a vague feeling that on some browsers (Chrome on OSx may be an issue with the websockets that causes some tasks to disappear immediately after they are created. And I'm not sure if a refresh will bring them back in each of the cases. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Soloprenuer trying to juggle life...
What do you like best? I really like its visual appeal, for me to try to motivate myself to use a product like this, it has to look good. Its pretty simple to get around, with a systematic approach but does take some getting use to. I love that the company is continuing to be progressive and add great features into it, like the gannt chart, but as I am a free user I can't use this feature yet... What do you dislike? I dislike that there isn't an automated spell check built in. I ...

Very flexible tool that can be used for any kind of organisation system.
What do you like best? The main thing I like about Click Up is the flexibility of their structure. I currently use it to implement a kind of sprint system for my company and use it for GTD for my personal tasks. It also allows me to see all my tasks across various projects and workspaces. Its not perfect but it better than anything else I have used. What do you dislike? Minor irritants are present like it does not automatically assign newly created tasks to me and I have to manually ...

A task and project management system that fits with my way of working
What do you like best? It has the right level of detail for me without the "oh I have to fill this in as well do I?" issue that Ive had with others Ive tried. It also syncs quickly with Google Calendar, not "about once a day" that Ive seen before. I havent used it yet but Im glad there is an API, as Im a developer so I can guarantee I will want to get the data somewhere else as well at some point ! What do you dislike? I think if there was anything I actually disliked, I'd have stopped ...

Good Experience, love the assign and status features
What do you like best? This is our first productivity platform and we've enjoyed it. Toggling between the calendar and list view is excellent and helpful. Onboarding is easy for new users. What do you dislike? Sometimes the interface feels busy and cluttered. Also, too many emails. Needed to adjust. Recommendations to others considering the product Great product, but experiment first to see if it meshes with your workflow. What business problems are you solving with the product? ...
