Many useful features, reminders, and even attachments

What do you like best? I switched from Wunderlist (still sad about it disappearing) to Microsoft's To-Do but didn't find it as useful. For one, I missed getting email reminders. I also wanted a project managing tool for different areas of my professional life. ClickUp makes it easy to set up different work spaces. What I like best is that it offers many types of views, e.g., a calendar, board, and a list view. This tool has so many features in the free version. Love it! What do you ...

ClickUp is easy to use, customizable, and helps us get the job done.

What do you like best? I like the board view and the calendar view and how they seamlessly integrate with each other. I also like how there is an app version! It is great for our on the go team members. Oh, and I like how we can customize events by adding shoot dates, shooting locations, ratings, integration with google suite applications, etc. What do you dislike? There are so many tools that I don't think I am using all of them. It gets a little overwhelming with how many tools ...

Amazing Project Management application

What do you like best? The number of features available is astounding - I have barely scratched the surface in my own personal usage. Updates come out every few days (it seems!) - updates to existing features, and all-new features. The price points are amazing. "Free forever" gives basic functionality, which is more than enough for individual users/small bizzes. Even stepping up to paid plans are *extremely* affordable. Although I'm a one-man organization, I moved up 2 tiers *just* to ...

Good experience

What do you like best? Fast and simple to use, board page and possibility to sort them What do you dislike? I cannot move tasks between spaces and this force me to duplacate action from quotation to project (example) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralization od actions and focus on goals

NPS

What do you like best? Flexibility to create tasks and folders. What do you dislike? Little flexibility to play with the widget. Also would be nice to have a calendar for alerts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dashboard: play with the data that we have to create a dashboard value.

Powerful with a learning curve

What do you like best? I like that I can have different views and can access all my projects in a left-hand tiered list. What do you dislike? The amount of options and flexibility can be overwhelming at times. I still don’t feel like I have grasped the best way to do things. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizing work for my new business. I’ve used it in Board view and get a great overview of what I still need to do. Plus ...

Switched from Trello & iCal - Never going back!

What do you like best? It combines all of the best project management features of Trello and iCal (Apple Calendar) making it very easy to collaborate with other members of your own team. I love that you can see all tasks (or filter by assignee) in any view you choose. It makes the software much more diverse because different personality types can view their tasks in the way that registers best in their heads. What do you dislike? There isn't anything I dislike about ClickUp. ...

Like an M Night Shyamalan twist - the "pro" features are actually "easy" features

What do you like best? They've thought of pretty much everything with ClickUp - beyond what I've seen in competing apps Asana and Trello that my teams use every week. Which do you like better - Coke or Pepsi...Mac or Windows? Same idea. But from what I can see, ClickUp has the most options (at least on a desktop computer). Cool features: slash commands (just start typing til you find what you need), time tracking, shareable docs so you don't need Google Docs...and the dark mode on/off ...

A lot of useful and time-saving ideas, in a workspace that can still be improved a little bit

What do you like best? I really like how easy is in general to create and manage tasks and projects, the "new task" button on the bottom of each group is super useful What do you dislike? I don't like how sub-tasks are handled, it's a bit tricky to add and edit them: when you click on a task (because you want to see/check its subtask list) it always opens the current task completely instead of just expanding it into the sub-task list. For me, it makes the process of working with ...
