What do you like best? The possibility of creating a specific form for bug reports with a user-friendly construction What do you dislike? Don't have the possibility of adding different statuses for the closed task for example Canceled and Done (instead of one closed). it is useful to see what's bugs were fixed and what's bugs were canceled. ClickUp has been a breeze to familiarize and use!

What do you like best? Moving from an in-house (and rather dated) ticketing & project management integration, ClickUp provides a one-stop place for all things product and support related. There is no need to constantly switch between applications for product management, as I can simply manage all tasks and assignments within ClickUp. The slash commands are a big bonus too! What do you like best? How much support there is for a new user like myself. There are many FAQs, complete with videos that are easy to find, unlike other pieces of software or products that have complicated wikis, user groups, or over convoluted answers from others with similar problems. What do you like best? ClickUp's features can be tailored to fit exactly how your brain works - even if it work differently for different projects! I love the fact you can change the look and feel of each of your spaces, create a variety of lists within each folder, and see everything you're assigned to within the platform. What do you like best? The possibility to have multiple discussions at the same time, but not sorted in time (like in a WhatsApp group) but by topic. It's not there yet - there are still a handful of features that could be added (and several are already on the way) to make it truly be the one-size-fits-all project management solution.
