What do you like best? We like how much simpler the time tracking is than our previous system. Compliance is way up on timesheet completion, and everyone around the office is saying "Thank you!" for the switch. Setting the system up was easy and convenient. What do you like best? I provide consulting and educational services to businesses and this allows me to make sure that I am turning a profit. Before tracking time I was sure that I was spending too much preparation and admin time, and ClickTime actually confirmed that suspicion. I have since adjusted my rates and have used reports to share with clients when they are taking up a lot of time. It's really helped me manage relationships better. What do you like best? The Chrome Extension and Google Calendar integration make time tracking an afterthought. I am also easily able to report on teams, clients, projects, tasks, and people in any conceivable way. Lastly, there are tools to make sure people get their time in ASAP so I can invoice ASAP, get paid ASAP, and move onto the next thing ASAP. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It has made process expense reports much easier. It is easier to look at data across the agency. What do you dislike? It's slow. Some pages have lots of steps to them. And the description box in the expense sheets does not have enough characters What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? over-servicing clients
