What do you like best? They have great phone support. Honestly, it was a pleasant surprise. I haven't had great experiences with other vendors' call centers. We're new users here and they helped us format things for our purposes. What do you dislike? We can't wait for the module that allows for employees asking permission to paid time off to come. There are dozens of useful reports that we can use to maintain data on our staff: from seeing who isn't billing efficiently, to quickly viewing which staff work with any given client, or keeping an eye on overtime.
