What do you like best? The Clicktime widget makes it easy for me track my time and assignments by client and task type. The timer allows me to record the amount of time I spend on any given assignment without even thinking about it. Great tool for internal accountability.

What do you like best? The easy to use interface. We were looking for a simple tool to track time, and have since added the resource planning add-on. It has enhanced our internal accountability, which gives our project managers confidence. What do you dislike? The inability to break jobs up into phases. What do you like best? Ease of use for our employees. The ability to easily track where our staff time is being spent. The ability to drill down into a sub-category is key. ClickTime's support staff is fabulous; they are quick to respond, friendly, and know the product. There is longevity with the team and they've been able to solve every problem I've presented to them. Finding some features, like program and expense defaults, is not always intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product Would absolutely recommend it!
