What do you like best? Highly flexible, easy to use interface. GREAT reporting capabilities. What do you dislike? We've needed to create a workaround for tax and markup calculations, and it's a bummer that it doesn't produce invoices (with expenses in a client-ready format. We've used other tracking systems in the past but they weren't as easy and the cost was outrageous. The ClickTime training is also minimal and allows everyone to get up to speed quickly.
