What do you like best? I like the simplicity. This program is very easy to learn, the layout is clean and manageable, and it displays everything I need in one place. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is simple and easy to use. My employees were onboard as soon as I introduced the tool into my business. This was great as it did not require much training. It also has an app which means that employees can install it on their phones and get right on to work. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It offers customization for both user accounts and admin accounts where you can easily edit reports based on how you want them to look like. For the case of reports, the admins have to come up with formulas and create groups so as to customize the reports generated by the system.
