What do you like best? Simple user interface, lots of reports to choose from (and ability to export them in PDF or Excel, all the functionality we needed, easy to customize and get started What do you dislike? The price per employee/mo model can easily bump this software from affordable to unaffordable in instances where we had to hire a bunch of contractors for a project. Since overhead isn't often recovered with non-profits, it forced us to have contractors track their time outside ...

I would like the option to be able to enter time variables as well. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product?
