Easier than Paper!
What do you like best? This is an easy system to use, and allows timesheets to be digitally submitted. It is much easier than using paper. What do you dislike? The codes can get confusing. Sometimes we need to contact finance to have additional codes (i.e. overtime) added onto certain accounts. What do you like best? The staff have been super responsive and supportive in helping us get set up and ensuring that all of my questions have been asked and that it's set to exactly how would work best for our team. What do you like best? I like that you have the ability to easily distinguish your hours by the project that you worked on. It makes it extremely convenient for people switching between projects and assignments to identify who should be billed for their hours worked. What do you like best? We were using Ace Projects for time tracking on programs and using paper for requesting time off. We are trying to go paperless and ClickTime seems to have what we need. It was a smooth transition. ClickTime took the time to explain and demo with me first and when the decision was made, they did a training demo for the whole office. Easy to get the hang of and efficient
What do you like best? Very user friendly and easy to figure out how to use. Love the “quick day” function that makes it easy to enter tasks that you repeat daily. What do you dislike? Would be nice if there was a way to set a reminder. It is easy to forget to complete clicktime What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like to use it as a to-do list for the day which helps me stay organized

What do you like best? Personally, the best thing I find is how easy it is to use. Reporting functions work well and it is ideal that all reports or data can be dumped into excel What do you dislike? Easy, paperless time management and accounting software
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? When we installed ClickTime to shift from paperwork into paperless and it was seamless. It was a big convenience to all of us, especially when it comes to scheduling tasks and filing documents, there's no need for bulky cabinets in the office.
