Great tool and easy to integrate
Great tool and easy to integrate. But some challenges with some of our customers unable to respond and also cannot seem to pick up our customers' replies in Zapier to enable other automation.

It works silently and smoothly in the background.
ClickSend is a very good piece of functionality that helps keep me on top of the most important items on my 'to do list'. The tools I am using work seamlessly in the background and do not intrude into my workspace. I am rolling out it's use with others in my group.

As a small company we wanted a simple PAYG SMS solution to supplement our app email reminders. The API and associated docs are well written and easy to follow, so much so we completed our integration very quickly without needing to talk to anyone at ClickSend. We are already seeing the positive effects of SMS reminders on customer engagement.
