It is a good platform
It is a good platform, easy to use. I will appreciate two improvements: 1. We use it as more a communication tool with customers rather than for marketing purpose, so would like to have a desktop chat app for easier use/notifications. 2. as the account owner, I would like to be able to see the usage dashboard of the sub-account users, i.e. trend of the usage of individual users or account as a whole. At the moment, I can only see a flat line of 0 as I myself do not send msgs.

Ich nutze CS erst seit einigen Wochen und fast ausschliesslich für automatisierte SMS. Hier bin ich mit CS sehr zufrieden. Preis und Leistung passen.

S good start!
Very happy with how easy it was to get started. I got a bit of a surprise when I found out each text was actually counted as 3 so it cost more than I thought. Happy with my first attempt!

This is great software
This is great software. I gave ot 4 stars because the only setback is the ability to send SMS to one lead is not possible without uploading the number to the contacts first. If there was a way to input a number without uploading to contacts first this would be a perfect tool for quick business leads.
