Although there is alway a chatbox…Very disappointed
Although there is alway a chatbox available, I have gotten several incorrect responses. I asked do you charge by the message or by the recipient? I was told by the message. something like $.026 per message. Yet I continue to get charged $11 and change for each message (mms). I send. None of the chat helpers have the answers and I am always put on hold. I don;t have this kind of timeI had such high hopes for this app, but will not be adding to this account when I have fully spent down my balance.
