Quick and easy to setup and use.
We started to use clicksend just for a custom program to send a txt. Soon after that we discovered then sms and email campaign and are now able to send out updates to customers.

there's no inbox where it shows bolded…
there's no inbox where it shows bolded received messages that are not replied to. We've lost conversations and replies quickly. The history tab does not export with contact names so you have to search contacts table for each name and info. It would be nice to also have each campaign drop in a different messenger. Right now, the messenger fills up with only recent convos and then anything past that can only be found in the history tab where you can only reply to each message individually ...
