Great SMS system for business
We had been looking at systems to set up a company wide alerting system and when it looked like a hurricane was headed our way, we pulled the trigger on Click Send. It was easy to set up.... when we did need suppor(due to short setup timeline) it was quickly available... and all the check boxes seemed to be checked off.After using the product, I can really not find a downside to the product. It is flexible... does what it advertises... and is very easy on the pocket book. I have no qualms ...

Very useful solution and easy to use
Very useful solution and easy to use. I implemented it to get notifications from nan IFTTT system and got it running in just a few minutes

Love the system
Love the system. The interface is easy to use and understand. ClickSend does exactly what they said, but, it does it better than I expected. Has dramatically cut the amount of time needed to follow up with clients.

Absolutely pathetic
Absolutely pathetic. Wasted an entire day with customer service back n forth to find out that their chat agent has given me the wrong price for the service and they tried to quickly show me price charts and etc.real professional....I have screenshots of messages and everything that's needed to prove this claim.

Easy to Use and Good Value
Our real estate team hosted an event. This program made the event super easy and seamless. We plan on using them again. Only feedback, when someone types "STOP" to opt out, it would be nice if that customer was automatically removed from receiving further messages.
