Frustrating but fine
1*- Contradictory information from agents, I was mis-sold a local number, bulk outgoing messaging didn't go through and inbound messaging was not received. Basically nothing worked and was very frustrating.Updated to 3*- ClickSend identified the issue and it was corrected by using a different dedicated number, but the process was frustrating and I felt like I had to argue with support. I received credit for failed messages. Messaging has now been successful and appears to work as expected ...

ClickSend is a powerful SMS platform.
ClickSend is a powerful platform for texting. I am impressed by the opt-out feature, the duplicate removal feature, the import/export features and the flexibility of the platform. It took me about a week to really get comfortable using it. During that time I talked to the most helpful and informative "live chat support" at least three times when online. An absolutely BRILLIANT service. Fast, easy to use and very reliable.I had to issue texts to attendees of an event restricted by COVID19 issues and ClickSend absolutely came through and saved the day in a way which was economical and professional.I worked out how to use the system independently, it used data I had already collated in an Excel spreadsheet and the instructions on the site were in plain English and super easy to follow and implement.I will be using and also recommending ...
