Was looking for a simple chat client.

Was looking for a simple chat client to do light customer service. Did not want to go to one of the $20/user/month services as we did not need a bulldozer but a shovel.Found ClickSend, signed up. AFTER sign up I found their ability to send a text via email! Our old ERP knows about email but not about web services, so I was able to customize our system to allow users to send text messages to customers out of the ERP. Not perfect, but a start....

Easy to use SMS Service

Click Send is great for my SMS needs to my clients, really simple to use, very intuitive. I love that i'm supporting an Australian company also.

I find click send very easy to use, intuitive and the price is pretty good too. The support chat is useful and gives real answers. I felt very welcomed when first joined, they treated me with kindness and they also gave me some free credit which it was useful for me to try the service.I recommend it 100%
