Great platform for automating SMS
Great platform for sending SMS. User friendly and also the cheaper than most of it. We use it through Zapier what let's us to automate everything and being part of a complex process that would be 10 times harder with any other.

no legan los sms a colombia
contratamos click send para nuestra infraestructura pero hemos tenidos inconvenientes , de todos los mensajes que enviamos en 50 % de ellos no llegan alos operadores de colombia lo que hace que la plataforma no sea apta para las campañas de envio de mensajes , no hay solución a ese inconveniente

Does what it says on the packet
Does what it says on the packet. Easy to figure out, easy to get running how we want. Very happy.

Excellent product
Its a very good product, as well as great customer service however it would be very helpful if this could be integrated directly with Zoho.

Voice calls not working on some phones
Voice calls not working on some phones. Support is very lacking, try to fob you off with ideas like "reboot the phone and clear memory". The API is nice, SMS seems to work fine. The dashboard UI is good also. So, some good, some bad. If the voice calls where reliable then we could ignore the support issues ... then I would score it 5/5... shame.
