Overall I enjoy this platform, a few things to improve
Overall I enjoy this platform and the experience it provides. I would like to have some more controls and features as it pertains to having a team use this platform so that I can have more administrative control over my team. I'm also hoping they can add a feature that can automatically respond to messages during certain hours only letting our staff know that the message has been received but will be answered during working hours

Reasonable rates for sms messaging
Reasonable rates for sms messaging. I'm not charged to receive messages, only to send them. And it's great to be able to link the system in with other apps via zapier for sms automation.

Excellent tools and support
Just starting with ClickSend and impressed with the variety of tools available for sending SMS. No need to ask for support, instead ClickSend asked me if I needed assistance. Still in the stage of finalising my hook ups, but already confident it will be a success!

Pretty easy to use and very intuitive
Pretty easy to use and very intuitive. Costs seem to be lower than competitiors as well.
