Just what we needed for our business

Customer service is fantastic, process is super simple, exactly what I wanted for my businesses. Only negative is the price gets cheaper the more contacts you have which is hard for small business like mine…I have to pay more than big brands :-(

So simple to use to get bulk messages…

So simple to use to get bulk messages to my client base. I’m happy to use my personal number for outgoing messages so I didn’t need to purchase a sender ID or a different number. The support team were helpful and responsive!

Initial thoughts - it seems good

My initial impressions? Their service is easy to use with good features in the MS Windows interface. The SMS message pricing seems reasonable with fast delivery of messages. I liked the easy ways to book phone numbers. Shortly I'll be trying out their Zapier interface for linking into my other systems that I provide to local Community Resource groups.
