Great service, Great Support!
I like the usability of most parts of the dashboard. I have sent out a few MMS to test and found the reporting to be reasonable, but expect a better UI, rather than web pages of 100 at a time.The support is actually amazing. I am confident on the chat support that I will get my answers and immediate attention. That is huge to me. The company payment method is great, being able to reload on the fly, and only when needed.One thing I feel should emerge is more economical way to at least send a ...

Absolutely Phenomenal product and service
We needed a simple way to send and integrate SMS messaging into our business. In less than 20 minutes, we had an account set up, sending, and fully integrated with PowerApps / Office 365... all for an absolutely incredible cost. I can't recommend ClickSend enough - amazing service, and brilliant team / support!

Customer service was great and it easy…
Customer service was great and it easy to get in contact with by phone.Pricing structure was confusing and don't like the bulk pre-pay - I would prefer to pay for exactly what I use.
