Pricing and features are great
Pricing and features are great! I have tried 4-6 other apps but like this one the best. I do not have the same customers repeat so I am changing contacts often. This is easy to do with multiple contact lists. The template access/creation is easy and I like the merge feature for name or whatever. The custom URL shortener is something I didn't even know to want but now that I have used it, it has become a staple. There are features I haven't used so it might be even better than I am currently ...

The customer is very good
The customer is very good. I just didn't like the company saving credit card detail as token. I highlight to the CSM, he responded swiftly by removing the token within 10 minutes which I liked. Overall good experience.

ClickSend is super easy to use, with its user friendly platform, you will quickly navigate and learn all its powerful features in one browse ! Pricing is reasonably cheap and really saves a lot, you only pay what you use, no monthly fees ! Just try it, you will never need another sms messaging software. Besides its power pack functionality, chat support is 24/7.

Such a simple way to connect with all of our clients, especially as most of NSW, Australia is currently in lockdown.Easy to navigate interface - just remember phone numbers should have no spaces when uploading a database.
