Easy to use right out of the gate
I've only used the broadcast SMS feature but its pretty easy to use and the online chat support is phenomenal. Fabulous customer service - real people with knowledge of their product and immediately answer your question. Follow it up with a transcript of the chat and links to online help about that topic.My only issue and one I can address by changing my method is I drafted my message first and when I went to add more recipients to my SMS my draft disappeared. Was suggested to create a ...

Great service, Great Support!
I like the usability of most parts of the dashboard. I have sent out a few MMS to test and found the reporting to be reasonable, but expect a better UI, rather than web pages of 100 at a time.The support is actually amazing. I am confident on the chat support that I will get my answers and immediate attention. That is huge to me. The company payment method is great, being able to reload on the fly, and only when needed.One thing I feel should emerge is more economical way to at least send a ...

Does not send faxes
It's supposed to send fax but does not support neither png, jpg, bmp, or gif.
