We had an issue with our SMS messages being stuck in the "Completed" status and reached out to Customer Service in order to find out if the messages were sent or not and why we could not see any trace of the body of the text messages on our platform. The FAQ suggests that the messages have most likely been sent but that the report confirming this has not been received. We asked for clarification on this matter and the CS representative keeps repeating that we should send the messages again ...

Clicksend privides excellent SMS service

Clicksend privides excellent SMS service which I use often now - integrated in my project. Excellent API with well documented libraries/sdk which also covers many programming languages.I recommend their SMS service particularly as it is easy to set code up and get going.

If we could use our own land line business phone number as the sender that would be preferable as a reference instead of a random mobile number that does not relate to our business in any way..
