Wasted almost an hour of my life
So I went to their site, asked some questions and their live chat took forever to respond and also missed questions, so I had to keep asking her (Kim) if she was going to answer my other questions.Then all of a sudden out of the blue she asks me if this is for personal or business (to snail mail a letter for me) and when I tell her it's for personal she says none of their services are for personal.I'm like WHAT????Why doesn't it say that on your site, why didn't you ask me that right away ...

Very easy to use and set up
We researched almost a dozen different bulk SMS providers and chose ClickSend after trialing it against one other shortlisted provider. The screens are easy to navigate, contacts are easy to set up, and you can add features you'd like added in the developers list. Customer service was also fast and efficient. Happy so far :)

ClickSend has been great for our SMS…
ClickSend has been great for our SMS campaigns. ClickSend is easy to use. There are a few usability enhancements that could be incorporated which would make it a 5-star application.

Came from Twilio but they were not able…
Came from Twilio but they were not able to get me a proper account. ClickSend seems much easier, got everything working very quickly

ClickSend makes it so much easier to…
ClickSend makes it so much easier to send SMS's to our clients. We use the email plug in, so we can type our email/short message and SMS this to our clients. We have found more and more of our clients preferring we SMS them, even some to say we have sent them a larger email and to check their emails. We have found we get a better response back with SMS and look forward to using more of ClickSend for marketing material in the future. Not to mention how cheap it is and how user friendly it is!
