GREAT TOOL
So all and all its a great tool to have if your trying to get things done. Its very inexpensive and very quick unless your like me live in a place where the internet is shotty and slow. I work for a cooperation and sometimes have to disseminate information quickly this app allows exactly that. On days that I need to get information out quickly like informing staff there will be a staff meeting, or getting a pole vote from the board or simply just sending out a memo this app is for you. So far we have had a first class…
So far we have had a first class service from ClickSend. We are using it for an SMS campaign and it is a huge time saver and worked 100% so far. I have also had need to use the chat facility and the response was quick and answered all my questions. Tech support also responded superbly by email. Thanks ClickSend.

Good customer service
A shaky start to using the service, but eventually we were able to get emails out with the help of a supportive customer services team.
