Wasted my time signing up to this…
Wasted my time signing up to this service.The API didn't work properly. Whilst testing the service and playing about with the company name field to try and get a company name on the sms Clicksend decided to ban my account for spoofing even though all sms messages were sent to my own mobile phone. I provided them details in full including my company ID card and they refused to help me. works great to send a mass message…
works great to send a mass message blast to clients.You have to test the MMS to much as it keeps coming out blurry which causes you to keep paying for test messages, no assistance from support

Wasted almost an hour of my life
So I went to their site, asked some questions and their live chat took forever to respond and also missed questions, so I had to keep asking her (Kim) if she was going to answer my other questions.Then all of a sudden out of the blue she asks me if this is for personal or business (to snail mail a letter for me) and when I tell her it's for personal she says none of their services are for personal.I'm like WHAT????Why doesn't it say that on your site, why didn't you ask me that right away ...
