the customer service is great, so fast and kind. im new on text marketing but people recommended me this for my small biz, and its good fit for me!

Awesome Customer Service

First i had some issues in sending and receiving sms text; however, their customer service is GREAT. They quickly helped me resolve all my issues. They normally responded within like 10min of me sending in my complaints at any time of the day. I would highly recommend, mainly because of their customer service. I looked at another company but they were slightly more expensive so i am sticking with clicksend. I give a 4 star because of the initial problems. But customer service is a 5 in my books.

I really like how simple the service is to use. The problem I have is that the documentation doesn't seen accurate: I can't use tags to pause the dialog like it states I should be able to.Otherwise it was simple and quick to get started and is an inexpensive solution I would recommend.

This is only one platform where every can send text to anyone without addressing own contact details i rated this site 5* star rating, i love it very much.

Easy setup, works as promised

Used it for Home Assistant SMS sending. The registration and setup was fast and easy. Navigation and behavior is good and as expected. Integration into HA was without problems.
