They worked very hard to finally get me approved for a number to send from. I am just a one man operation who will send very few messages, but the team worked very hard to get it taken care of. They initially thought it wasn't possible, but in the end, they pulled it off.

Clicksend play tricks to ask me topping money (minimum is $20), but doesn't tell me that it is so hard to get a working toll-free number to send sms messages, if I don't have a company nor a company website.

The site is incredibly buggy
The site is incredibly buggy. I just wanted to test sending a letter, and it took me about 7 times before it would work. I couldn't add a return address when trying to send, until I figured out that I had to add it at the account level first. The state had to be the two letter code, but didn't tell me that.

I got error messages that my transactions were not going through and tried again. I tried to put in $20 and it ended up being $76+!! This was supposed to be a very limited trial that has cost me more than triple what I was prepared to pay.

Live chat service is very helpful
Live chat service is very helpful. I requested Alpha tag from live chat agent and the agent was very friendly and helpful. Hope to get the required alpha tag soon as requested without any complicated issue to use in our company and make my management team happy with this service.
