ClickSend support great.
Once I got the hang of the dashboard layout, I found ClickSend easy to set up and use. The Live Chat support was very good also.

It's simple....I was considered a fradulent account despite showing my Facebook page and my state licensing credentials, with also explaining how to opt-in. It doesn't help that connecting by phone, it becomes a bad connection overall. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Very fast to respond and effective
Very fast to respond and effective - having individuals rather than bots made for a much less frustrating experience.Not sure if this is possible, but auto-sending messages from my personal phone (not through a bought number) would also be a great feature

wasted my time
wasted my time, by not clearly stating on their page, that its not possible to send personal letters. Their offer to "get started sending for free" is a hoax. its a bit troubling, that they promise to let you test out their platform and service, having you open up an account, and spending your time doing so, only to cancel your "free credits". i mean, come on! 2 measly euros credit, to send ONE letter, to test out their service, and then they could get a potential customer... not smart on ...

I just needed a service to distribute…
I just needed a service to distribute texts to members of a private club. My initial messages were delivered and work great, but my last campaign was not delivered due to "use case". I was provided a form that doesn't apply to my use or needs at all and I cannot get a response from the rep that emailed me. The live chat help on the site couldn't tell me at all why my messages weren't being delivered so I wasted a lot of time on that and never got important messages out to my club.
