WiFi call
Some of the inbound calls were sent but not completed. I have contacted the customer service about it. They claim that if the receiver phone has WiFi call enabled then it may not receive the call. Otherwise I am really satisfied.

Very simple to use
Very simple to use, good online tutorials, helpful customer service reps. Still getting used to it, but so far the only thing stopping a 5 star rating for SMS service is the lack of alert within the website itself when a new message comes in. I believe this is under development at the moment, but it would make the 'messenger' tab far more user friendly. I'm also keen to see more Mac integration (like email to SMS) and Halaxy integration.
