I am very new to ClickSend
I am very new to ClickSend, and I love this texting program. I am using SMS texting, and I find the Campaigns work wonderfully! It is straightforward to import contact lists from excel in the contact manager, and Tech support is beyond fantastic!

I am very new to ClickSend

Complaint Re Serious Breach of Confidentiality - No Response from Clicksend.
Keeping this factual - my client called me to complain he'd been canvassed by an agency that had details of the Clicksend campaign I set up on his behalf. He was mad, he was really concerned that Clicksend, or one of their employees had shared / sold confidential information. I was also mad - apart from the acute embarrassment caused, my dealings with Clicksend seem to have exposed me to competition I'd not had previously. I searched long and hard before…
I searched long and hard before choosing ClickSend for my sms provider for my site. Their documentation is excellent and enabled me to set up the web interface within minutes.They also have excellent tech support.
