I really like how simple the service is…
I really like how simple the service is to use. The problem I have is that the documentation doesn't seen accurate: I can't use tags to pause the dialog like it states I should be able to.Otherwise it was simple and quick to get started and is an inexpensive solution I would recommend.

It’s serving the purpose I attended it’s made receipt generation and customer engagement a breeze I just wish the option to use a name instead as a sender I’d to be made available

Easy setup, works as promised
Used it for Home Assistant SMS sending. The registration and setup was fast and easy. Navigation and behavior is good and as expected. Integration into HA was without problems.

Easy to use website to send sms messages
I found the ClickSend website was very easy to navigate. The prices were the most reasonable i found for the features available. I was able to rapidly implement the sending of appointment confirmations to clients. I hope to use ClickSend on future projects.
