Hard to work with.
As soon as your request gets slightly too difficult for the chat representative they will get back to you with an email. And account managers don't show up to their SCHEDULED conference calls.Very hard to get someone on the phone, even if you spend hundreds of dollars a month with these people. There are no dedicated account managers.Example: I want to know the minute rate for a redirect phone call. Guess what? I have to wait on an email or schedule a call. After scheduling a call the ...
